Can I install and use the free version of Zoiper on my Windows as well as Android phone at the same time?

Hi,


I am trying to set up the free Zoiper version on my Windows and connect it to my existing VOIP provider. 
If I install Zoiper on my Android as well, can I switch between my computer and phone for incoming and outgoing calls?
