SIP 408 - request - Time out. Cannot make any call. What should i do to fix the problem.

Very seldom, it works but for short period, not even 1 hour. I get always the message -- SIP 408 - Request Time out account 5001 @ Trying to register.

Nothing happens. what to do to fix the problem so that to make calls is possibel.

are you using zoper for desktop or mobile?
what brand and model is your device and what operating system is it running?

i have same problem 

please provide mi right option

i have Samsung Note3 model SM-N7505   Android Version 4.4.2

My Account is 887690@

Please start  your Zoiper for Android, then go to Config -> Connectivity and enable  "keepalive Wi-Fi  and stay awake". Then go back, open Advanced  and enable Run in background.
Then go to Config -> Accounts -> select your account and then scroll down to "Network settings"
Then select Transport type. Select TCP if it is supported by your VoIp provider.
