I am getting a Registration failed (Registration failed ... all given outbound proxies failed to connect or refused registration (58))

This error is shown when the PBX(the server of your service provider) blocks connections from the PUSH notifications proxy of Zoiper.

They should whitelist IP - 185.117.83.192/27 , port 443, or more specifically 185 . 117 . 83  . 208
