How about calls from SIP scanners? These are not coming from any SIP server.

Calls from SIP scanners are a real nuisance, forcing me to have Zoiper reject all calls.

Ah! How can I get Zoiper to "reject all calls"?

Zoiper receives the calls that are sent by the server.
There is no way to stop the calls from inside zoiper. Is your computer in an internal nettwork, or it is using a public ip ?
You could try to block port 5060 except for the ip of your Vo Ip server. You might also try changing the Zoiper sip port in the Advanced settings to something else than 5060. The server will not have any issues with this as you are registering to it.

Bingo! Thanks for the answer. I am already on a different port (ATA is on 5060, Zoiper on 5080). Just as instructed, using Windows Firewall, I blocked by IP all except vancouver.voip.ms server, which I am using. It seems to have worked because I no longer get calls if I register to a different server, but I DO hear them if I am on vancouver.voip.ms. Did not hear ghost calls for a couple days, they were not frequent, and now I am sure I won't hear them at all :-) I am behind a NAT (Sipura 2100 acting as a router as well as ATA.)
