My account is configured, but I can not receive incoming calls to my VoIP number.

I can make a call out of Zoiper and it works just fine.

Please make sure that your account is not used on other softphones or deskphones at the same time.

Some servers do not allow multiple logins. Such a server will send the incoming calls to the device that registered the account last.
