Is there a way to turn off the "double tap lock" while you are on a call?

The lock come on when the phone moves from horizontal to vertical and requires a double tap to unlock.

I have re-installed the app and it cleared this.

Go to "Configuration" -> "Audio" and set "Disable Proximity Sensor" to "ON".
