Every few hours Zoiper will show Registration failed (No DNS results (923)). How to prevent?

When this error is shown, if I just refresh the registration, it works.  So I don't believe anything is wrong with the VOIP provider or setup.  It seems like something on my phone might be falling asleep, and that breaks the connection until refreshed, or something similar.
