For the first 10 seconds upon connection I can't hear the other party

For the first 10 seconds upon connection there's no sound from the other party (but the other party can hear me). I mean no sound at all, no voice, no environment sounds, nothing. Then suddenly it appears. I tried to reinstall the program, but it didn't help.

Did anyone have the same problem? If not, what settings can I try?
