Steps to reproduce:
Create account and let it auto-detect sip/tcp
Return to Account Settings for the Account,
Click Advanced
scroll down to "Network Related" settings
Change Transport from "TCP" to "UDP"
Trigger the save, and click Yes to save the changes.
A crash will occur at this point if the account is registered.
If you unregister first, make the change, and save the crash does not occur
