I have been using Zoiper for a couple of years to receive calls via a UK landline number on my Samsung mobile using sip from my provider aql. It has been great. I have upgraded my phone, installed zoiper and used the same config.

I can hear the incoming caller perfectly but they all report hearing a terrible crackle at the other end. 

I have sent the phone back for repair but the problem persists.

My wife's phone, a slightly older Samsung works perfectly with exactly the same config. Is there an issue with Zoiper and my new phone - A3 2016?
