Are there new fields for the auto call recording feature? I have tried all of these, but nothing generates a saved file with the phone number in the filename:

1 - {phone}

2 - {number}

3 - {dnid}

Instead of a phone number, all I see is "1". Always "1", never anything else.

Also, YYYY does not work. It keeps giving me 1117 instead of 2017. I was able to get around that by shortening it to 20{YY}, but that feels like an imperfect solution.

Hi,

This is partly fixed, it now does this:

The format i used was : recorded_conversation{phone}_{YYYY}-{MM}-{DD}-{HH}_{NN}_{SS}_part{recording_part}
recorded_conversation0030774463242_0030774463242-0030774463242-0030774463242-0030774463242_0030774463242_0030774463242_part1.wav
This issue is also reported.

Hello!

Should not be the variable case insensitive? I tried {PHONE} as I did with Zoiper 3 and it did not work. {phone} did.

Thx!

Hi,

Should, but I think they seperate it because of some other functionality.

Regards,

Paul
