zoiper app in the android phone sound quality is so poor please help me

Question

As a  Japanese Enterprises in Shanghai China, We  installed the free version zoiper App to 70 Android mobile phones. Like  the  Wi-Fi phone.   the wireless router is CISCO.   

Now the sound quality is so poor, with a big noise,  and intermittent signal. 

If we used the same zopier App in the  iPhone , the sound quality is quite good.

We want to know whether the problem could be solved perfectly, when we use the paid version.

Does the Zoiper have the Technical Department in Shanghai China?   

If not ,we how to buy the paid APP version for android in ShangHai China.

Please help me to solve the problem ASAP.

Good day,

Most likely you solved the issue, but did you try to use the Java driver for audio?

And if the phone is not fast enough to enable Use less CPU option in the account section.
