What do you mean with you logged in with the company site ?
Zoiper activation credentials are for our business edition, it is asked immediately after startup. (and say you can activate online or offline).
The sip server registration credentials are hostname or domain, username and password and are used to connect to your office PBX or voip provider. (We have no control over those, if they don't work you need to ask your company).
