Android app calls fixed line number but no mobile numbers (Germany)

Hi,

My Android Zoiper app dials to fixed lines but not to mobile networks. All in Germany.

Nothing happens, no sounds, no beeps - and then it times out.

Do you have any ideas what it could be?

I have no restrictions in the Voip number - they can call any international number.

Hello,

If you are having issues dialling specific phone numbers, you need to contact your VoIP service provider. They should be able to assist you since they are the ones who administer your VoIP service account.
