How can i transfer the paid certificate to a different laptop - same user?

I have to transfer my Zoiper credentials (paid certificate info) to another computer, but it isn't working. I am getting the message that 'There's no more prepaid certificate'. I have already removed and uninstalled the Zoiper app from the original computer/laptop it was used so I can use it on the other laptop. Please help me with my concern. Thank you
