can I just take the finished record and direct the mug into my library?

I want to configure my application (desktop-based) with zoiper 5 pro so I can record the results of conversations made by customer service. with that I want to know, if I can configure it with C # programming to VB programming and I can pitch the recordings and store them on my server

Currently the API interface of Zoiper5 is still in development. It is expected to become available soon, however at this point I am unable to provide more detailed information.
