How do you turn on touch tone sounds for the keypad to use during a call.

Installed Zoiper5 on a MacBook Air. Set it up to work with a private company's phone system. Works fine, except when a call connects and you need to enter a number to transfer or provide a code, the keypad doesn't produce any touch tone sounds so nothing happens.

Make sure that you are using the proper number pad to send DTMF tones, as shown on the first screenshot, here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/support/home/article/30/Navigating_a_voice_menu___IVR_with_DTMF
