Receive the same incoming call on different devices (like call center, not conference)

Hi.
How could I receive the same incoming call on different devices (like call center, not conference)? For now call starts calling only on 1 device. I want that multiple users can see incoming calls on their devices (laptops/android phones) and first available user will answer the call. Thanks!
