Play audio after auto-answer

Hello,

I'd like to work with the following scenario in Zoiper 5 PRO for Windows:

1st step: Auto-answer (ok - it seems to be possible)

2nd step: Play an audio ("Hello this is our customer service, after the beep say something" (can' find that configuration)

3rd step: Record the call (ok - it seems to be possible)

As you can see, I'm having trouble making the 2nd step work.

Is that possible even using the PRO version of Zoiper ?

Hello,

Unfortunately this is not possible. Zoiper itself does not have answering machine functionality. However you can contact your VOIP service provider and ask them if they can offer you similar functionality.
