Not able to login else than just 1 specific internet link. If I change my internet, zoiper is not working.

The issue could be related to badly configured networks for VoIP, if really you can use Zoiper on specific network without issues, or some NAT. The exact error message which you are receiving could provide a hint at what the issue is.
