Hi

I have this issue “ You are connecting to a server with a low re-registration time.....”

Need your help

Hi,


You are seeing this pop-up because your VoIP service provider supports only short registration expiry times (below 10 minutes). For the PUSH service to work reliably they need to allow values above 10 minutes or at least one hour. 
You can try asking them to extend the registration expiration timer. I can also suggest that you show them our description of the PUSH service so they can understand why this is required. You can find it here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/support/home/article/205/Zoiper_Push_Proxy
