„push server is unable to connect to home registrar server“ Error

Hello, after update to latest version 3.25.2 i have error message „ push server is unable to connect to home registrar server“. Before update everything work perfect. Also i activated push notifications. I read all responses on this problem but nothing helped me. Can you help me please?

This happens when your PBX is accessible only through private network, or when its DNS resolves private IP address instead of public one. In that case there is no way for the PUSH server to connect to your registrar.

Hmm...  How to resolve the issue?

How to change pbx accessibility or make des resolve public ip?
