Native call kicks off bluetooth...but still indicates it is connected.

I am using ZoiPer 2.13.11 with my Android LGE LM-G710VM phone. 

When I'm on the phone using a bluetooth head set and a native call comes in, the app does not que up the native call...it just rings over the ZoiPer call AND it immediately cuts out my bluetooth. 

I have to manually decline the call, then disconnect my bluetooth headset and reconnect the bluetooth headset.

I have the ZoiPer app set to be my default phone app, yet my native calls are still ringing through.

I guess I have 2 problems. Any help is greatly appreciated.
