Upgrade to 5.4.6 is successful, but Zoiper's version stays 5.2 (7)

Hi,

I am running on Mac BigSur 11.2.1. When I open Zoiper, I receive a message to upgrade to 5.4.6. I've downloaded and upgraded successfully multiple times but I keep getting the message and when I check the current version it still shows 5.2(7).
I am trying again every time I upgrade my Mac, but to no avail.

Can you help?
