Dear support,

I purchased G729 code. When I choice G729 codec only in Audio Codec Setting, I can't make call, it's alway show Network Busy.

But when I choice ulaw or alaw it's working ok.

So how I can use purchased G729 codec by default?

Could you please help me?

Hello,

You would need to contact your VoIP provider and check with them what are the codecs they support and in what order.
