to install Zoiper

Hi there,

 

I recently got a new computer and want to install Zoiper on it

 

It is asking me to create an account but I already have one

 

When I try to create an account I am asked for:

 

User/user@host

Password

Domain/Oubound proxy

 

I have entered in a multitude of different things here but all I get is:  We are sorry, we were unable to connect to your PBX with the information you provbided

 

Can anyone help me set this up on my windows computer?

Hello,

please contact our provider and ask them what transport type you need to use fr our account. Is it tcp, udp or tls?

Please also make sure that you are entering the server address correctly. It might be a hostname like my.sipserver.com , an ip address like 86.87.88.89 or one of these two combined with a port like my.sipserver.com:5060 or 86.87.88.89:5061
