how do i activate do not disturb in Zoiper Biz 3.9?

The feature is called Call reject. You will be able to reject incoming calls depending on your current status.
Please go to Settings -> preferences -> Display -> Automation -> and enable Call reject if status is set to:
You can change your status using the drop-down menu in the left bottom corner of Zoiper's main screen.
