We have a user that when he is in the office can use Zoiper without any problems. When he is out of the office and connects to the network using Direct Access he is unable to create a Zoiper account.
The error states "we are sorry, we are unable to connect to your PBX with the information you provided."
Direct Access uses IPv6 to create the tunnel, we are able to ping the PBX with the fully qualified host name, but cannot use the fully qualified domain name when creating the account as we receive the same error.
Does anyone have a workaround for this configuration?
