How to enable contacts in settings of zoiper?

Hi,

i would like to sync zoiper to my outlook contacts;

but the contacts is disabled in settings; I checked for the restriction in xml file. but i didn't see any restrictions for contacts

could you please help me with this, since my clients are waiting.
