Zoiper is not authenticate the SIP TCP using ACT Network

Hi,

I started to use Zoiper with ACT network for 3 months it worked fine. For the past 4 months, the Zopier "SIP TCP" is not found while using the ACT network. I need a solution to fix this issue.
