Dears,
1. I have configured vicidial cluster and i have made the 4 vicidial boxes to be part of a default domain called vicibox.local
2. I have created a phone account 1001 with password 1234 in vicidial.
3. I am trying to configure the Zoiper softphone with the following details:
Login: 1001@sip.vicibox.local:5060 Password: 1234
hostname and sip provider: 10.10.5.41:5060
But i am facing errors as: SIP-TCP not found, SIP-UDP not found.
What am i getting wrong?
