Registration fails over 4G-5G mobile line.

I use ZOIPER PREMIUM app (on iOS platform) but I can only do it if I access by the wi-fi line at my home and not outside via the 4G-5G mobile line.
The account I use is of the SIP type and is linked to a fixed telephone number converted to VoIP.
Can anyone help me?
