On the audio wizard it tells me that there are no audio devices, I have an usb headphones with mic, a built in mic and speakers (laptop) and an audio output via hdmi (I work on an external screen).

I haven't been able to find anything like this on google, please help?

Hello,

The issue had been reported in the past. Please make sure you have the most recent drivers for your device installed on your computer. If you have any proprietary software installed for this audio device, please try removing or updating it.

Hello, thanks for your response.

I allready have it updated and it doesn't use any software. For the record the usb headphones are the M.A.D. Catz F.R.E.Q. 4D

The other devices uses the standard realtek drivers

Hello, Do you experience the same issue when using the headset without the USB ?

Indeed I do.
