Hi,
I want to make use of the event rules on presence change but I cant find within any documentation the presence parameter to give us the "Online" or "Offline" value, I have tried presence but that isn't working, any idea please?
Also account doesnt appear to be passing in these cases either so I cant tell which user the update is from?
