I saw a previous poster who received guidance to add an IPphone to a contact to enable chat/SMS. I did that, and it looked like it 'sent' when I sent a test msg. (no red exclamation point) but the text was not received. Maybe I have the settings wrong for Dial a/c and Presence a/c for the IPphone? What should they be? Are my expectations incorrect? Should I be able to send/receive text? I need this feature - my boss is a big texter.
