Doesn't make calls

My VOIP.ms account is showing as registered on my Zoiper app on Android, but, when I try to call numbers, it drops the call before the first ring.

Where should I begin troubleshooting?

Facing the same problem here. I'm using Twilio, and noticed that there is a prefix coming somewhere in Zoiper, even if it's unable... did you find a solution?
