service unavailable error 500

I am trying to make outbound calls and get the error "service unavailable error 500". Im able to receive inbound calls. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

This is a server-side error message.
It indicates that your service provider is having issues handling the request for some reason or the service has some outage.
