Hi,

When I try to make a call for the first time it works just fine, however when I click the calling button of a recent calling it adds an extra "+".

This doesn't happen when I call to spain (where im from), but it does in Chile, Colombia, Mexico...

I tried using another softphone and it worked as expected.
I don't have Zoiper5 pro

Any hint/suggestion would be very much appreciated :)

This behaviour does not come from Zoiper, but rather the server of your service provider which is sending the numbers in E.164 format, but they do not probably accept them in such...
Sadly, lots of service providers are too lazy to implement proper E164 format handling.
Zoiper Premium on its own has basic number rewriting.
You can set it by going to Zoiper -> Settings -> Accounts -> your SIP account -> Advanced -> locate the "Number rewriting" section -> enable "Enable default country code and international prefix" -> Set your country, and under "Prefix to use for international calls" fill "00". This should add "00" by replacing the "+" prefix to your numbers, which the server should be able to handle.
