I cannot enter data into the user name and password fields

Hello all, I installed Zoiper5 on Linux Ubuntu 24.04. When first opened Zoiper requires the login information from your VOIP provider. My provider is in the list, but I cannot enter any data into the user name or password fields. They are like greyed out, I cannot get a cursor in them. So I cannot proceed with Zoiper at this point. Any suggestions? Thank you

Try logging in through the X11 compatibility session.
Zoiper does not support Wayland at the moment.
