Is there a simple way to just input user name , password, and SIP server IP address, It is good enough for me.

I just install Asterisk FreePBX by myself, I do not have to choose VoIP service provider, just simple let the soft client can register to my VoIP services, that is it. How can I do that to skip the "Choose a provider from list" ? Thanks.
