I've been using the 3CX VoIP phone system since 2008, but the app has issues with Audio on some Android device so I would like to use Zoiper instead.

So follows some questions:

1) Is there a way to get the"Hold" button to, act just like the one from the Native SIP client, or the 3CX app, and put the call "On Hold" from the server side?

2) Is there a"Transfer" button, that I have not found yet, that would allow to transfer the call once again from the server side?

Thank you for any help.

Hello,

The hold button puts the call on hold locally. You can alter your server configuration so a DTMF sequence makes holds the call, then dial this when in an active call.

Zoiper supports attended and unattended transfer. Please find our guide below.
