How to make Zoiper default phone when on wifi and native android phone when not.

Question

I'd like zoiper to be my default phone and have it work with google now when i am in my office and connected to wifi.  when not connected to wifi or out of the office, i'd like to have the native android phone work over cell service.

Please run Zoiper, go to Coinfig -> Advanced -> Supported networks and make sure all networks you'd like to use are enabled.
