Just installed ZoiPer on my Windows 10 PC, and can't get my headset (Corsair HS40) to work :( ZoiPer cant play any sound through it OR pickup anything on the microphone..... any one got any ideas? I can see the headset in the device selection in ZoiPer, but nothing comes out when you test the devices.

I have turned off the headsets custom software and still no joy.

Hello,

A similar issue had been reported in the past by some users. The issue was resolved by installing the latest windows updates.

No, made no difference, my windows machine is fully up-to-date, no pending updates are awaiting :(

Could you please uninstall all drivers and software for your headset and let windows download all files it needs automatically. This should affect the issue.
