I have just installed this app on my new Nexus 6P running the latest version of Android to connect to my Switchvox system. Everything works reasonably well on wifi but not at all on LTE.
I'm stumped as to what settings I need to adjust to get this working properly and would be grateful for some assistance and guidance. Thanks.

Some mobile operators restrict the use of VoIP into their networks. Please refer to the provider of your mobile data service and check with them for more information on that matter.

Also, please make sure that you have all networks selected in the Supported networks section. To do that run Zoiper, open Config and go to Advanced, then open Supported networks.
