G.729 codec / Zoiper 3.5.3 for iPhone / sipgate

After purchasing the G729 codec, it cannot be activated in the settings menu.

Sipgate supports this codec, and also the codec is marked as "paid" in the app.

Please advise how to activate. Thank you.

Can you please check if you are using iCloud backup? Go to "iPhone settings -> iCloud -> Storage & Backup -> Manage Storage -> <Your backup>", scroll down to "BACKUP OPTIONS" and find "Zoiper" backup option. Please turn it off.

Try to use Zoiper again. If it still doesn't work, try to re-install it (delete it and install it again).
