How to open account?

I just installed your app,even I have bought gold member by paying 358Rs, it's asking create account, 

Pls let me know step by step procedure

I would like to inform you that we are not a VoIP provider. Having ZoIPer
softphone is not enough to make a call. You also need a SIP or IAX2 VoIP
account registered to a PBX.
Please refer to your ISP to guide you and help you choose the carrier that
best fits your requirements.
