I am looking to deploy Zoiper to a number of Windows clients in a cell center environment.  I do not want my users to be able to adjust the settings.  I need to ensure that the phone client only connects to my system and not anything external and I need to disable certain features.  Can anyone suggest the techniques available to securing access to the Zoiper settings to an administrative rights user?

Hello,

I see you already had this discussed with my colleagues on the phone, however I will add the information here, so other users can also read it.

Zoiper Classic and Zoiper 3 do support "Restrictions". Restrictions will allow you to disable certain parts of the menus and features.

It can be used alone or with provisioning.

Both Restrictions and Provisioning are BIZ features. Please contact us by email to obtain more information,
