when answering a call

Question

Hi when answering a call for some reason the screen goes to a stand still, i then need to use the mouse and press it any where on the screen so i am able to type again, i have removed notification such as alert for calls etc but this did not work. Does any one know as this is very annoying after each call i have to press the mouse to continue writing on tthe page.

It sounds like another software product is stealing the focus.

Can you try shutting down some of the other processes running on your computer and see if it still happens ?
