Receiving "Network Busy" on outbound calls

The is not a network conflict and I have reinstalled the APP. Xoiper worked fine after initial configuration and now I just receive the  "Network Busy" on all outbound.

Network Busy is returned from the server. It is best to check with your VoIP provider for more information on that topic.
