Transfer call internal (from one Sipgate-Account to another)

Hello there.

We are using Sipgate Plus (3 Accounts) with Zoiper 3.

We would like to transfer calls from one to another.

1. Is it possible to make "internal" transfer from one device/sip-account to another?
2. If not, when i do transfer a call to a dialed number, does it cost something?

Hello,

Zoiper BIZ will transfer the call to any number you can dial as a normal call. Zoiper is using the SIP REFER method. To be able to make call transfers you need SIP REFER to be supported by the server you are using.
